UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's New Beginnings Outpatient Behavioral Health Group Therapy Program is designed for anyone who is living with a chronic mental illness. Adults dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and a variety of other common mental illnesses can receive support, guidance, treatment, and education in a safe and calming environment without the fear of judgment.

Program participants will work with our team to develop an individualized treatment plan, tailored around their unique situation and goals.

Program Care Levels

  • Intensive Outpatient Program is a highly structured but less intensive program that runs up to four days per week with patients receiving between nine and 19 hours of therapy.
